YahooSoft!
The largest in the world software producer Microsoft Corp. announced his intention to buy the company Yahoo! Inc. for 44.6 billion dollars, or 31 dollar per share.
The price of the proposal at 62% above the level of the company’s shares at yesterday’s index closing. A year ago, Yahoo! Inc. declined the opportunity to be absorbed Microsoft, but at the moment the last representatives are confident that this will be the best alternative for Yahoo!
Microsoft said that the four areas identified for the association, the annual income of which will be not less than 1 billion dollars. Yahoo refused to comment anything about it.
