Fujitsu is offering flash memory HDD`s

Fujitsu is offering flash memory on its LifeBook P1610 and B6210 models. The 16GB SSD option will cost customers between $600 and $700 more, than a standard HDD. For such amount of money customers get benefits like faster boot times, reduced power consumption, lower latency, reduced noise, and less weight. SSD (flash drive) will preserve customer data if they drop the notebook - a flash drive is more durable than a traditional hard drive. Fujitsu did not list prices jet, some source said choosing the 32GB flash drive adds about $1200 to laptop price.
